It depends on the bra. I can do VS 34d or 36c. I have put on a 36b and it fit and even a 36d. But most I have tried are 36c and 34d. :) very happy and really glad I didn't go bigger.

I know! I just left VS. my PS said regular bras are ok now but no wires yet. They do make cute ones without wires too!

I am. I don't even notice in my scrubs and t shirts and other people don't either, I wore such padded bras before, but now it's all me in a sports bra. I love them. I have moments where I'm like ...shoulda gone bigger. But then when I try on bathing suits an summer shirts I'm really happy with them and so glad I didn't go bigger. They fit my frame perfect and look and feel so real.
