I have added a new question with more pics to show what is more swelling. This photo only shows nose straight after splint removal but now it looks quite different and overprojected

The tip and supratip are my main concerns. I want to have a straight nose in profile view and for it to be smaller around the supratip and tip in general. Unfortunately I can't update this post with more pictures but the swelling has increased slightly around these 2 areas.
