From the front your nose looks great, makes your face very attractive. While your profile is rotated up compared to before, the surgeon gave you a straight profile which for your face looks masculine. You need to be thankful your surgeon didn't scoop out your nose and created a curve, then you'd look feminine. You look great. With time the tip will drop more, it's natural.. You just need to be patient
A few things, first can you post a picture from the front BEFORE the surgery? its hard to tell in regards to all your concerns with nothing to compare it to. Also, different lighting really screws with your brain...its true. My nose looks different in natural lighting, in fitting rooms, in my room, in the dark...its beyond annoying!! so its something that you need to understand. Honestly, you look great from every angle...the problem could be that the change is way too drastic and you cant get used to it. Honestly...it looks good.
You're such a pretty girl and your new profile looks great, very natural! The front is obviously swollen, but its pretty obvious from the overall shape its going to look amazing when the swelling goes down! Now its the hardest and most frustrating part, waiting for the swelling to go down!!
