Thanks Love the sun you look fantastic as well your incision looks very smooth!!! I love the gym.. Take it one step at a time...It will all come together when you are ready...Try to focus on one thing at a time so that it is doable for you....So you are working on your sugar intake that is great!!! If you are a fruit eater there are natural sugars in that, so try swapping out some of your fruit with veggies. You are already rockin the bikini!!!
Thanks Ruliana...I follow an eat clean type diet, and right now startchy carbs are only allowed after a workout... My meals consists of mostly veggies for carbs and lean protiens at every meal. I do have eggs/eggwhites/greek yogurt. I have a cheat meal once a week normally gluten free pizza and on that day I usually have a chai tea latte too from Starbucks... It has been a lifestyle for me for quite some time now and I love it...I hear Paleo is similar to what I am doing.
Hi Renee 712, Thanks...I started back at the gym at the 6 week mark...I was able to do seated arnold press, Machine seated row and machine seated pulldown. I noticed with the tri cable rope extention I felt a little pulling so I had to bend over a bit while doing that...I am and was able to do front and side planks starting out 10 sec...I know it was not much but I was just excited to be there...lol I was going nuts not going to the gym but you will bounce back quickly....So try not to worry to much.(0=
