I have already had this done. I wasn't mistaken. I had the full unders. With full submuscular, the implant is placed below the pectoralis major, the pectoralis minor, the serratus and the fascia(connective tissue covering the muscle)of the rectus abdominal muscles of the abdomen. He lowered my breast crease which has added to my pain. I am wrapped so tight in an ace bandage its ridiculous, its hard to breath.The bottom can be lifted up and I can see the bottom half of my breasts. They are badly bruised I cannot see my nipples they are bandaged because that's where my incision is. PS won't see me until Valentines day. The pain is unbearable. I cannot go on this way. Please help me.

I realize that it is bothering some people that I am using this surgeon. I didn't know about his infraction until I had already paid. I will discontinue the use of this forum. I'm sorry.

Thank you. My surgery date is February 8th. I have my pre op on the 29th and will ask again about the placement. It just seems that pain is trivial knowing that I won't risk bottoming out with this type of placement as well as .educing the risk of CC and ripplin. I think I can get through he pain I just worry about injuring myself. We will see. So many choices involved and so many risks and benefits with each. I imagined it would be so much more straightforward but honestly there's so much to consider. Thanx again. :)
