You start running or jogging really for short bursts while you are walking and eventually, I think it's by six weeks, you have worked up to the capacity to run 5k straight through. Nut shell is that when new runners start they usually do too much too soon and then quit because it sucks but with this plan you gradually build up physically to be able to maintain a jogging pace for 30+ minutes without wanting to die. If you google couch to 5k or "C25K" you will be able to get the precise day to day instructions..it really is the best thing ever. I was a smoker when I started, I still smoke occasionally but it really helped me want to stop and I can go weeks w out a cig now
I am sure you are still swollen. My surgery was the same date. I am still swollen. I am not ready to deal w bra shopping yet but I was supposed to be a small C when all is said and done and I would guess i am a D or possibly DD still at this point.
My right and left boob have healed completely different, dr says normal and not to worry....righty is not bruised and only slightly swollen, lefty is bruised, really swollen, completely different, i am left handed so maybe thats why? Anyway, I have been trying not to stress about the final product yet, I figure I have a few more weeks until I have a better idea of how they will look.....patience patience patience is my new mantra
Yay!!! It's amazing right! Just don't over do it, I did after the first few days and then when I went back to work it caught up w me....I went back to work a week later and I was exhausted and sore that week every night but I did to much, tried to vacuum, walk the dogs etc, so just enjoy your down time!!!
