Congrats on your makeover. You will be so pleased! I was worried about the same things you were, but am thrilled. I also had a full anchor lift and implants a couple years ago. I was worried about the scarring from that. I have always had big boobs naturally, but they were never perky. I always called them low riders because they were so saggy. After kids, it was even worse. I went for something I never had before....small perky boobs. In retrospect, i think I could have gone bigger, simply because they weren't going to sag, but I'm tiny, so they fit my frame well. Take it easy and you will be back to yourself in no time.

I used scar guard when I had a breast lift. It worked great. My scars have healed to a thin light whitish line, barely visible. I just bought some for a scar my daughter had at Target. I go tomorrow to start scar therapy for tt. I am curious to see if he recommends the same treatment this time around. It's been 5 years since I had my lift.

You are doing this for you, not her. If she can't be supportive and positive, don't talk to her about it. I only told one friend about it and she had the same procedure done. I just didn't want to deal with the comments that you got from your friend. Unfortunately, not everyone will be supportive. You will be fine and so happy when you are done.

I had lipo on my flanks. It has been quite painful. I don't really have any lumps, but am still numb, but in pain. The nerve pain is awful. I am almost 4 weeks post op and still have discomfort from the lipo. It is tender and uncomfortable to run your hands across it. It is sooooo much better than it was at 2 weeks. I think the pain peaked between week 2 and 3 and has been subsiding slowly since.

I used scarguard when I had my breast lift and thought it worked really well. It has silicone in it. I'm not sure if it is comparable, but much cheaper and you can get it at target.
