Hey there Marbles,
Thanks for reading and responding to my post here. I am so pleased and honoured that you could relate to my words, and that perhaps they could provide you with some insight. It is very helpful to be reminded (or even discover!) that this is not an experience isolated to one person. I sympathize with the pain and distress that you must be going through, Marbles. Please know that it is not permanent. It may seem that way for now, and it may even come and go for some time. Being a sufferer of anxiety and depression, you must already know this phenomenon. But you also must know the truth of how the pain is not a permanent reality. So carry on as best you can for now. I think that looking into the removal process is a good start, and that looking into therapy is an even better one. Embrace those emotional issues! This takes courage! Good for you!
All the best,
Yuri
Thank you, Megan. Your words go straight to my heart. I'm so pleased to find a resource in this forum that contains the compassion and kindness that has already been extended to me. When I'm feeling so shaken by my experience, it truly helps to know I'm not all alone.
