The wait before your surgery date is the worst part. I had so many up and down days wondering if I made the right decision. At 3 weeks post op im still playing the waiting game (with swelling) but its such a relief t o have it done! I look forward to seeing your results!
We had very similar nose shapes preop and I also have a residual dorsal hump now. I know I'm only 2 weeks out but it feels very much like bone so I think its here to stay. I like my post op nose better than it looked before surgery but I understand your disappointment. All we can do is have patience I guess and hope it gets better with time.
Mine were a little asymmetrical too, I had an open rhino. It seems to be slowly getting better (11 days out) did he give u a number to call? Better to hear from him and feel better than spend a week agonizing about it
