Hi, I missed it too. I thrilled for you to "finally" get your lift and implants done. I did not have implants, but did get the lift. I went back after 10 and am primarily at a desk job with periods of a lot of walking. I felt mentally ready 100% which was my driver. Physically I felt good as well, but looking back from how I look now, I may have given it a little longer. We are all different and deal with the anesthesia, medications and physical changes different. I suggest you play it day by day and enjoy the new you.

That's great news! I'm glad all the stars are lining up and your getting back to your old self again. When you think of it 1 month isn't a very long time, but like you I am anxious to get back to 100% as I am at 2.5 weeks. Good luck bra shopping!

Thanks! I was 1 week out yesterday and feeling pretty good. I really miss working out , but was told not for another 5 weeks. I did go to they'll and walk. I'm just tying to keep some sort of physical activity going since its so easy to just sit and sleep. Yesterday was also my first shower and actually visualizing the new me. I'm pretty happy, but want to know what the final results will be. Until then I'm making small positive steps. I'm only taking ibuprofen for pain now which holds me for the most part. The lipo aches only get better w tighter support or rest and I have also noticed sharp or prickly pains along w some sensitivty in my chest. Bruising is still very present but changing shades pretty rapidly which is a good sign. Chat later.....

Thanks! I can't believe I'm actually getting ready to take my last shower for a while. I've been wanting this for as long as I can remember so the excitement is a little overwhelming. I hope you get your power back and soon as that is no fun at all. Thanks gain for your support.

Hi rjmom. I'm getting ready for a lift and mini TT on 12/27. I'm getting pretty anxious and so excited at the same time. Did you have any lipo with your procedure? I have read about issues w swelling that has lasted for weeks. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
