    i have constant pulling in trapezius muscle,have 3 torn tenets in my rota-tor cup, lots of headaches, can't relax it when i sleep,doctor recommends botox to help with constant tight muscle which should help with headaches,i'm worried that my muscle will turn to flab and get really weak vito c
