Dear its not about where, as an advice be sure which treatment is the best for u.. Depend of how much u have neg in ur eyes and the situation of ur cornea.. So make sure to choice between lasik. Laser or toric icl and as a final word do it but have a clear idea with ur doc.. Good luck
