    There are adjustable implants so u can add saline slowly and pick ur size.

    Im 39. I had my 2ndneighbor implants done at 24. I went from 34B to 36DD. 850cc and 925cc I under muscle. I also did adjustable implants so i could go bigger slowly to allow my skin to stretch slowly. I have saline. I have had no problems at all.
