Yes there is cable tv, very limited English channels but it was ok. If you get bored easily I would bring the laptop and DVDs, damn near everybody had one when I went.

I plan to at my 3 month mark. You should have no worries Yily tummy tuc scar is very low and thin. But I will post a pic soon.
