  About 3 years ago, I went and wanted to have it done and they set me up with Care Credit to do the financing for the $400.00 down payment. I scheduled my procedure and had to reschedule and had to just cancel due to different health issues that kept coming up. I asked about getting my $400 back until I could get my health issues resolved and they told me I had to make a trip there to get it, which I live almost 2 hrs. away and have not been able to get there to this day. I wish someone would tell me how to get it back without having to make that trip. I'm now scheduled for major back surgery on 10/18/10 and don't know how long it will take me to fully recover from that now. Maybe a couple of yrs down the road I might be able to make that trip.................... Help.....

  I'd like to know how you get your 10% down payment of $400.00 back from Lifestyle Lift. I put my money down and had the procedure scheduled several different times and had to reschedule or postpone a couple of times due to medical problems and now have so much medical debt that'll I'll never get to have anything done and have decided against it anyway. When I called them, they said I'd have to come to the office which for me is 2 hours away and would have to get off work a day just to do that and I certainly can't afford to take off work this day and time or afford the gas. Help, who do I contact?

  Did your mom get her money back? If so, how? I did the same as she did and decided not to go thru with the procedure and now can't get my money back.
