I too am almost 3 weeks and my ps told me today to walk for 15-20 min at a slow pace and build from there. He also said I could do the stair stepper or recumbent bike (no spin bike)

A great reminder! I was really concerned about blood clots so made myself walk every hour around the house. So sorry you had to deal with that but thankful you caught it in time
