the upturned piggy look is gone. I can see my nostrils a bit, but not dramatically.

I was like you, scared and almost backed out. but my hatred for my nose was so strong, I had to do it. Its dont and almost 2 weeks post OP and I look pretty amazing, I just need my nose to drop a bit, ( I can see my nostrils annoyingly enough) and now I can take a deep breath and know its over. Good luck
