all the ans. from thr drs. were true its just doing it nothings easy-- I went to a gym and started an exercise program on the machines, treadmills, bikes etc and they have trainers to help you along and give advice I love going there and am going 5 days a week 1+hours each day no results as yet but I hope to be determined this time as Im going on a trip soon to see some olds friends after 32 yrs. want to be a knockout.
