I too had a similar experience! I initially only had tiny amounts injected to my cupid's bow, my top lip is slightly flat, I had this 4 years ago and was happy with the result. however when I recently went back for a top up I was persuaded that my "cheeks looked sunken" which with hindsight they were not! but just how I normally look, being very slim. anyway I now have pouches and I hate the swollen cheeks!
