you look amazing!! Are you still swelling? I keep walking/jogging dailey, eating right, and keep swelling. I'll be 3 monthes next week. Some pants that fit before don't fit now. WTH??
Do you wear anything during the day or just when you exercise and at night? What exercise do you do? I'm 7 weeks PO and everytime I would exercise I swell up like a tick. I haven't done anything for the last 3 days and finally I'm not swollen. Now I want to start again but I'm scared swell hell will return :(
I have that same burning in my back and down into my rear also when I walk. It is still sore when it is rubbed also. I am 7 weeks PO and I just assumed it was due to the lipo. I swell very bad in my back, rear and legs! Can't wait for that to stop
Did you swell after the gym? I still swell everytime I get on the treadmill :( Sometimes I wonder if I'm doing more harm than good, but it feels good to exercise!
