If this review is so positive, why does the writer conclude that BBL is "not worth it"?? I'm confused.

Hey DanielleB, I was actually just about to purchase an IPL package, so I appreciate your counter-point in this thread. Though I must admit, all of these horror stories are scaring the bejesus out of me!

Can I ask how many units of botox you had, and where around the lips they were injected? I'm considering this procedure and the dr I consulted with recommended 8 units (2 in each corner of the lips, essentially). Thanks for your input.

KristyP, this is one of the most helpful reviews I've read on realself. I'm also early 30s and considering laser resurfacing to increase collagen, smooth away the (like yours) barely noticeable "rough edges" and to overall preserve my youthfulness :) Your words and pics were very helpful, thank you!!!
