Hello -- I suffered similar damage with an IPL laser.
My skin today is far from perfect, but I improved it's appearance with dermarolling and SkinMedica's TNS Essential Serum.TNS is very expensive but contains human fibrolasts that rebuild the skin. Fibrolasts have been used for years to help treat burn victims, but SkinMedica is the first to market it for cosmetic purposes.
Also, some of the fat loss and sagging has been remedied by facial exercise--I tried 3 programs before I found the one that is right for me. :) I have to say, I am convinced that the only people who say facial exercise doesn't work are the doctors who benefit financially from cosmetic treatments like Fraxel, Thermage, etc. Just my opinion.
Fat loss under my eyes was also assisted by Juvederm injections, which I love. Not sure if you would be interested in going that route again, however.
I know how devastating this can be, but I am confident that you will get through with a stronger heart and even better looks than you had before. Good luck to you, whatever route you decide to take.
