I used Dr. Gregory Lynam. He and his staff are terrific. I am so impressed with the results, especially the symmetry and the lack of bad scarring. I heard good things through the grapevine about Dr. Zinnser too, but didn't dgo see him because I was already set on Dr. Lynam.
I'm in Richmond and I had the surgery 3 weeks ago. I wish I had done it sooner (went from F to D cup) and I feel so much better and lighter! Most of the bad pain will subside after a few days and you're going to be very happy you did it. I submitted comments and photos about 30 minutes ago, but they haven't posted to the site yet. My doc called me the evening I got home from surgery to make sure I was ok. I had a post-op appt. 1 week after the surgery to remove the drain tubes and had another check-up yesterday. I have a third scheduled for one month from now. You won't be able to wear underwire bras for about 2 months while you heal. Per my doc for the first week, I wore Fruit of the Loom cotton bras with front closures (got them at Walmart). The front closure was key because it's easy! He told me to go up a size or two because they shouldn't be too constricting. Now he's got me in inexpensive cotton sports bras (Walmart again) for about 8 weeks. After that I should be able to wear any bra I want. You're going to be amazed at how much better you feel without all the saggy weight!
