Ulthera is a "home run" treatment for patients who have had surgical face/neck lifting, and are now beginning to see and feel laxity again. It works extremely well on tightening the lax skin 5 to 10 years after facelift surgery without having to subject the patient to a revision surgery, anesthesia, and recovery time. Good luck and be well.

For the properly selected patient, Ultherapy is an excellent facial and neck rejuvenation tool. It lifts and tightens by millimeters, which in many patients is enough to make a big difference. It is not a face/neck lift. We offer surgery to those patients whom we feel would not benefit from this non-invasive treatment. Good luck and be well.

Hi Nadia,
If you wish to lift and tighten the skin and muscles of the face, neck, and eye area, Ulthera is the best non-invasive, non-surgical treatment currently available. If you wish to treat crepe` skin then I would recommend Fraxel repair to my patients. Some patients have both. Good luck and be well.

None of us should ever be "too cool for school", I am always open to learning the best, safest, and most effective treatments to help my patients. I'd be happy to hear what you have to say. I do take offense at your assumptions including "...but doctors such as yourself are about money and building relationship with laser equipment companies." I have had multiple opportunities to be a paid consultant by "laser" companies, but I have declined. We can speak privately. Best,

Hi Tracy,
Fraxel repair remains the gold standard for laser skin rejuvenation in the plastic surgery community. I stand by my treatments and results with my patients. If a patient is unhappy, I will work with them to help them achieve their aesthetic goals. I also stand by my statment that "I have not experienced any of the aging of skin and ruining of skin that permetates this link. I am not aware of any of my patients who are very unhappy with their skin since I have treated them. I am aware of one patient who had a very small scar treated, did not return for follow up and further treatment (as scars sometimes require multiple treatments), and then posted negative comments on Yelp. If patients are unhappy with the treatment results it may be due to unrealistic expectations. I try my best to set realistic expectations about the treatment from the initial consultation. All we can do is our best.
Best,
Dr. Persky
