    I know my flexibility is so much worse....it will all come back with time. I use compression binder with exercise to. Havent braved yoga yet! just treadmill and bike. That would be a great feeling seeing a flat tummy in mirror..

    Hi i had 2 large baby boys to and 2 c-sections...hang in there with the nausea i had it terribly for 4 days then it went. I couldn't eat for 5 days just a spoon of rice. Day 7 i was back to normal eating.So hopefully it will pass Soon for !You will feel like a new women at day 7! Every day gets so much easier. Its worth it, you will see a drastic change.

    Im so glad you wrote as i havent written for a few weeks either. Im week 10 to. Ive had incredible tiredness to i didnt know why. I had more energy at week 4... For the past 3 weeks i need to sleep everyday and i dont have energy to play with kids or anything. Its just starting to pick up again. I still get swelling but not much muscle soreness. Sorry to hear about yours hope it gets better soon and you can get back to exercise....
