Question....when is it ok to sleep without a bra on? I am over 8 weeks post op and I hate sleeping in bra. Also does anyone have a problem wearing a regular bra since surgery? I love that I am in normal sexy bras again but they hurt like hell. Almost as bad as they did when I was wearing much H cups.

I didn't experience the nausea too bad. What caused it for me was the very strong pain medication.

Clm123 your going to love Dr.Wray she is amazing. I only had 2 appointments the consultation appointment and the pre op appointment. The surgery had me nervous but it went well. She made me stay overnight and it was ok they took great care of me. The sports bra was the best thing that ever happened. One because I think the fact I could wear one again lol. But I waited til after my surgery to purchase one. I actually went to Dicks sporting goods right before my follow up and got one. I ended up getting a under armour one and I based the size on what my band size was. It was difficult at first cause it was tight but it supported me well. She will tell you to get the zip front which I had difficulty finding a variety. I did find some at Wal-Mart but they weren't very supportive. I also got a few from Sears too. I will be honest I hate wearing a regular bra now lol. I feel more comfortable in my sport bras but I know all that means is that I have to get used to a regular bra again.
