Amen Lucy Catgirl :-) I agree at first I was so sad because my right breast was large ( and I think maybe it still is a little bit) but remember they are sisters not twins:-) we all are a shocked when we get measured and our cup size doesn't change much, but like Lucy said they stay in the cups and they are so perky. I am so happy I had the surgery done.

I started wearing underwire at 6 weeks and they don't hurt at all. I bought walcol bra's from herberger's they are very expensive but they are so supportive. I just love them. I to have tried sleeping with out a bra and i'm just so afraid that they will sag again. I'm now 2 months out and loving them.

Is it called a cool comfort bra? Our Pc said the best way to keep them up is a underwire bra but with an open sore I don't think that's good idea yet

Is your 18 hr bra from playtex? I'm with you, I'm afraid also that I will sag. I'm still seeing my rt breast bigger.
