I've used one full size tube of the defining gel and 6 wraps. All with no success. I was hoping the products would help improve my arms (triceps) I am not a large person. 5'4" 105#'s. ItWorks didn't work for me :(

I haven't gained and I have that tight feeling too. Welcome to month four of this roller coaster ride they call recovery!!! ;)

Thankfully, I haven't gained weight...but the swelling is crazy!

More swelling and tightness here this month too! Must be the four month "milestone!" Wow...this really is a long journey :/

Same here. Some days the swelling is worse than others. How do you feel when you are sitting and looking down at your tummy? I don't like what I see :(
