question.....I am still not able to feel my stomach muscles so when I work out I really dont know how hard I am working them. I do stretch them and then of course they swell. How about you?
I am 11 weeks PO and have been back on my insanity workout going on 3rd week. Of course I am still swelling with the kangaroo pouch and some high up. I do not wear a compression garment anymore but maybe I should do something to help get this last bit of swelling down?
JenLarae I did not see this until today! I have set my notifications now though....So I am 11 weeks po and the kangaroo pouch is still there yuck! And even the top of my stomach swells especially after my workouts. I do have a nice dip in my obliques but I was hoping for less sweeling by now! How are you doing?
