    I was feeling so good and now almost 4 weeks I feel achy all over and no energy! This recovery is loooong!!

    I started back to work yesterday and I was fine till around two and I started to swell and ache all over. I'm a nurse so I don't get to sit alot. When I got off I couldn't wait to take a muscle relaxer!! I'm almost 4 wks and the nurse said at my last appt that I could just do Aleve and didn't need anymore refills...I called this morning ready to fuss with them but this other nurse had no problem calling it in for me. I only Take them when I really need them. I think I paid enough to get some comfort!

    I think they don't tell a lot about the after problems you will have but I try not to complain since I decided to do this. It's just hard when your family needs you to be 100% and you just want to rest. Kids don't understand. I kinda figured it out that I have a really good day then the next day is horrible.. I just hope it ends before spring and summer because I'm tired of stretchy stuff!

    I bought my waist nipper at kohls and I think it was made by Madenform. I liked it because I could pull it up right under bra but also it comes down to hips. I just couldn't handle those full body suits and I think I tried on everything they had.

    I felt the same way in one I bought... It was so tight I thought I was going to pass out. I told my ps and he said just get one comfortable not tight but I'm always worried I don't have enough compression. I had to find what worked for me.
