  i use panoxyl from walmart...in the blemish aisle, it's a bar of soap that sells for 6 dollars!! just use an old wash cloth it will bleach out anything it comes in contact with. I also got a prescription from my dermatologist for Clindamycin phosphate gel sp 1%. the TWO work together and I got immediate results!!!!! used them both every day for two weeks, then cut back..now I use both at least once a week!

  I have to agree with one of the doctors on here...I use panoxyl soap that you can get at Walmart for 6 bucks....along with a prescription for clindamycin phosphate gel usp 1%... that cost about 20 bucks with my plan...but they WORK!!! results were fast too!!! My dermatologist gave me the script. I'm so thankful!
