I think you brought up a good point. Women seem to think that they can take a pic to a doctor and get exactly what a picture represents and most of the time that might not be the case. Anytime you have a cosmetic surgery; you are taking a big RISK! The outcome can be everything you would like and more and in some instances it may not. Doctor's are people who are skilled with a particular craft, they are not GOD's. They can't promise you won't have any side effects, post surgical issues and they can't be for certain how a persons body will react to having a surgical procedure. I've seen quite a few photos on here that I am in love with and I think that Dr. Salama is an incredible plastic surgeon thus far!
