Acetaminophen is your best bet, Motrin can cause bleeding problems. I switched from Percocet to tynalol on day 3, just don't go over 4000mg or 4 grams per day.
I had the same concerns, I had my surgery 20 Dec. I am 5'6 at 170 and went with 400cc. I was a 38C prior to the aurgery. My PS is pretty awesome, he told me he would put what looked best on me, he said even if I requested 800cc he would still only implant what my chest wall could handle. If you trust your PS let him do his magic, I will say the day after my surgery my boobs looked so small and high but 5 days later they are shaping out nicely and i can tell they are a perfect size for me.
