I had the same question. Is the silicone dangerous? Given that it is in liquid form?

Yes!! They showed me about 5 different massages to do. I have been doing them 4x/day. SO painful!!!! And it is hard to do at work. They said 5 mins in total-the pain lasts all day. :((

Thank you so much for answering. My dr said no ice and no green tea. They are super tight and the incisions hurt a lot. I'm doing the massage religiously, though. Maybe it's just me. :(

How did you do? I did 375cc high-profile Cohesive gel. On my 4th day now and I'm in so much pain!! They are also rock solid. Are you experiencing the same?
