I dint have any massages, i do it myself with a hand held ultrasonic machine after heating pad and body lotion.

Hi, thanks for writing, and congrats on scheduling your procedure! I think Dr M is talented, experienced and sharp. I am amazed at the contouring he gave me, including the fat to hips, my butt looks much better and bigger although not perfect, it could be slightly rounder when u look straight on. I went in with the idea that lipo alone would give me an improvement. So far I am satisfied, it seems i lost a litle over 1 inch since postop. Now i have to say Dr M is like a whirlwind, he comes and goes so fast u have to try hard to remember your questions. the girls and nurse are ok but i received no guidance re boards and foams.When I asked, I was always told that would come later. When I went to my first post op the nurse didn't realized the swelling on my left leg was due to an infected blister, but told me to purcharce another garment that reached the foot.(260,00) Had I known better, I would have insisted that Dr M see me on that day. On my next appointment with him he sent me to have a sonogram of the leg to rule out clots. My leg still didn't improve much. I showed the nurse a discharge from the leg blister she said was neosporin. It was only on the 3rd visit that I showed him the blister and he started antibiotics. So u have to be your own advocate there. But he knowns what he is doing. It will be challlenging with kids, but u have your husband to help, take then out a little so u can rest etc. You can watch a lot of tv with them. Are recovering at home or hotel? It is bettter if u have a 2 room condo. Let me know how it goes and good luck!
