yes ma'am. i wuldnt lift my legs up yet..(v-up). i wuld start slow. small intense constractions. find the point in the range of motion that wuld be the most difficult and stick there with small crunches :)
dont do any weighted exercises or exercises that ovet stretch your abs. i started sittin at the end of a bench, sit up tall through ur spine/core, and just crunch str8 down (half way) keepn abs contracted hole time with no release until ur done.. after u feel strong enuff with no pain move to sittin in a ball (remember the further u lean back or scoot down on the ball the more resistance so be careful. :)
i wear the golds gym belt anytime im at home. i do mostly lifting weights (light and high rep) for now. i bike 20 min before lifting..i have always had the best experience with lifting so thats what i stick too
