I got mine done 3 weeks ago... And right away I am smaller ( clothes fits loose and I weight less) ... I am still swollen... For lumps I think the best thing is a thigh CG ( I cannot even put my on my own)... And massages ( the are painful but you'll feel better and smooth right away.... So far I've had 6 and I am planning to continue for at least 2.5 months... Good luck :)

So far very painfull... But I was able to see a lot of blood/fat/liquid coming out from incisions so that was pretty nice :)

Thank you!!!!... So far I been ok... Getting in and out of the CG is the pain in the neck....thanks :)

Talk to your doctor.... My CG is so tight I cannot put it on on my own and know the inserted some special foam that makes it even tighter, but I have hardly any swelling, even though I was told a lot has to come down, I see a big difference every time I remove it.... It is very hard to put it back on, but it is worth it... Also I was told I have to wear it with the foam for a month and two months after without it..... Good luck :)
