The machine work by technology that ahand piece with mutiple needles pentrate skin so it delivers rf directly into deep tissue, now fiborsis of skin and sc tissue is evidendt, i now 3 monthes post session , what can i do at that tme for best rejuvenation option, some adviced fat transfer, the other adviced 3 sessions of prp 2 weeks apart untile 6monthes has gone after the session, third openion for stem cells injection, what to follow , than k you

Dealing with homogenous fat loss is much easieer than my case where the defect is in the form loculai of atrophic skin having same shape of the machine hand piece, skin appears waxy, easily irretated, non healing , tender, i feel like there is necrotic tissue underneath skin, finaly i found the diagnosis (radiation dermatitis ) ,is there a method to drain the necrotic tissue without make incision, center of the face is the worset including center of the forehead, nose, medial cheeks and chin possibly due to weekest blood supply there!
