Hmm...Im about as far along as you and I only wear spanx during the day and regular underwear at night.
I use the binder for cardio support only. Trying to do exercises to build core strength but its HARD!!
It comes and goes - usually worse in the evening but so much better than it used to be! I used a walking cane when I went back to work bc I was still hunched over like you until about 6 weeks or so. Good luck! Rest and put your feet up whenever you can.
