Hi, thanks for all your answers, they have been very helpful. But can I ask why I should have above the muscle placement and an areola incision? I don't want to risk not being able to breast feed, can under the armpit incision be appropriate too? I don't want a large gap between my breasts or too much upper fullness - if I tell my surgeon this, is it possible for him to place my implants closer together and make my inframammary crease lower so my nipples sit more in the middle of my breasts than so low? (I hope that made sense) Thank you very much, I really appreciate all the answers.
