Hello!
I am sorry you didn't achieve what you wanted with your rhinoplasty. My situation is very similar, we are on the same boat.
I have more feminine profile then before, but I really don't like my look from the front. The funny thing is that most people actually don't realize how small change in the profile can really change your "an face". People usually think "o.k., if you have beautiful profile and smaller nose after the rhinoplasty, you are not going to look worse then before". Unfortunately, that's not true.
I feel like my nose is too much upturned from the front and maybe my bridge is little bit weak. To me, it is much more important to have natural looking nose from the front, then "cute" profile.
I really think there is solution for similar problems. Be patient, my best wishes.
This is obviously very common problem. I had the same problem after rhinoplasty;( My nostrils have original different shape but profile is upturned. What bothers me is my "an face" I looked much better before. I don't think that most people desire for perfect cute profile and they don't want to look operated. Actually when surgeons put before/after photos often they don't show you "an face" and that's tricky. I am not planning any revision at the moment. However it is way to early to see your ultimate result. Wait at least 10 months and then find a second opinion. Don't give a chance to your first surgeon to operate on you again! I am sure there is solution for your problem. I know it's hard but stay cool. Good luck Ash:) Take care.
I really think you had a great nose job. Your nose is not too small and you look great an face. I am caucasian and I am not satisfied with my nose job because it looks upturned and unnatural so I desire for longer nose. Overdone and pug noses can not be beautiful and elegant! You look very natural, like you hadn't operate your nose.
You nose seems to look different. I understand that you wanted correct some irregularities of your original nose (hanging columella etc.) but probably you didn't want to achieve quite different appearance. It is difficult to say that you now look better or worse than before. It depends on what you expected from your surgery. Personally, I don't like drastic rhinoplasty and "small, cute, upturned" noses. I am also disatisfied with my rhinoplasty result. My nose was longer but I looked much better "an face" before. I don't think that overdone nose can be a beautiful. However, don't rush and define your goals. Take your time and find good surgeon if you decide to correct your nose.
Honestly, you looked much better before. It is obviously a bad nose job. I think it would be worth to try, because only you know how you are feeling right now. Some people can say that it's not that bad, you have nice eyes, lovely face etc. It is not really important what other people think about your after picture but what you think about it. You can have crooked, pug, small, deformed nose...If you say "whatever, I don't care, it's not worth it" it doesn't matter at all. But if you are feeling your "good" is damaged find good surgeon. Be careful and take care.
