Hi Alli....I don't know/understanding anything about your PS telling you that your cleavage will not improve and may get worse after your reduction procedure. That was not an issue for me, as my breasts were not as large. I was a 36DD or sometimes DDD if I weighed a few pounds more. I had my reduction/lift surgery seven weeks ago, and am now a 36B. I was scared to death beforehand, and not at all sure I was making the right decision. All I can tell you is that the same afternoon after the surgery, I knew I had made one of the best decisions of my life, and I still feel that way. I cannot tell you how much better I look and feel about myself. Cannot think of any other questions for you to ask your plastic surgeon. You sound very mature and well prepared. I say go for it, without question. You will not regret it. Best of luck to you!
