dear honeybee and fitand50 thanks a lot for your posts. I just was submitting my lenthy reply that for some reason the page disappeared and i couldnt send my post. since ive got some problem which my keyboard i cant retype what i had explained but long story short, I am agreeing with the curroption in food industry and i am so amased by the information you passed on about the muscle repair John. now i will eat the amino asid food groups with a right reason and based on a good plan. thank u both for your kind words about my loss. I am doing my best to get my health recovered any way possible and like what you said honeybee, im sure my mother will be happy this way, so i got a good reason. I had explained in detail about the problem areas which i feel i need my musles to be relocated there. but to be brief again, i want to focus on my forehead( with the fear of getting more visible vertical lines between my eyebrows and more uneven fat on top my my eyebrows which i actually feel it when i tough it with my fingers. it seems as if the fat under my skin is moving toward the middle of my two eyebrows creating a kind of hollow area in the middle of my forehead!) i am not sure if every ones forehead age differently or not. but i am sure 2 years ago, i did not have a forehead with such structure and ive just gone to my 29 years. i also feel that my smile lines are more visible than before which i feel it is due to decrease in elasticity of my muscles. i actually sometime pull up my face with my hands and create fuller cheeks that way whic shows my muscles need to be relocated and need gaining firmness. i really am not sure about some programms on you tube and unlike you John, i am not confident in developing my own excercises. what i wanted to ask you is that, would it be ok i asked for the best excercises you can suggest for these two areas i have problem with? i know u might not have any problem in these two areas and therefore it hasent been the case of study for you, but in case you have some advice, i would appriciate.

Now i am getting to understand the point you were making all these times about body work outs and facial excercises John. im convinced about a lot of things and i know now, that to get result, a lot of factors have to work to gether. about my self, I dont eat junk food more than once in 10 days, I dont put sugar in my tea and I hardly buy cakes and biscuits. instead, i tend to make them at home and most of the time i use brown sugar. I have always fruits in my diet and I even try making fresh fruit juices at home at least once a week. i have never skomed and i dont drink. my parents always looked younger than their age. this is the sam ewith my sisters and brothers. the only thing that i can think of, which could affect my facial muscles in a negative way, is stress and depression, maybe! specially very recently after I lost my mother and within a month i lost a considerabe weight in my face and body. my weight was 70 kg which came down to 64. I know this is a perfect age for a 29 year old with the height of 168cm, but due to loosing fat in my cheecks or maybe other reason that i cant put my finger on, i see my face less firm and leff liften than ever before. I also have another problem which i could not find any thing helpfull about it on internet or anywhere else, perhaps because english is my second language and i am not using the right term to explain it. basically, i when i tough my forehead with my fingers, i feel a terible unevenness of fat under my skin on top of my eyebrows. i also feel the hollowness in the middle of my forehead. when standing right under the light i can see the visible humpiness on some areas on top of my forehead and it looks as if i have drawn my eyebrows together. the only way to get rid of this is when i actually pull my forehead from both sides and strech it as much as i can. I know that i have explained it really unclear, but i honeslty tried my best.:) now what i wanted to ask is whether i can do anything about these problem areas ? I really try my best with a healthy life style, but cant control the stressfull happenings in my life. would my excercises routines still work if i am not over stress and anxiety?

Thank you so much for your very complete reply fitand50. I kinda agree with everything your saying. however, I am a bit nervous that it might not work as perfect as it has worked for people like yourself; since you have mentioned that it does not work the same for every one. I compeletly agree on what you said about not overdoing the excercises, and i believe the muscles in the face are much more damagable with too much pulls and pushes. About doing some certain excercises that i feel i need it at this stage, i would say it might be a better option for me because i have no idea what happens to my muscles, say around my eyes, when i excrcise them and yet i dont have any problem in that area.( well, thats what i think.) And whether it is helpfull or more worsening. About Eva, she has got her excercises set in a way that you can not ener to one particular stage of excercising before you have completed the previous ones. this is when the many other facial excercising books and videaos dont demand this. although i am pretty sure her method is more correct and practical, I am not sure what she every times means by " when you are completely comfortable with this excercise, you can move on to the next stage." she has not given a certain period of time and I just dont know how long I have to carry on doing the basic excercises, forexample. lastly, I heared few people said that they think their expression lines are getting worse with excercises. I just wanted to ask would this be correct that in the beginning we can expect worsening of our aging sighns and consider that as a temporary stage through facial excercises? thank you so much for reading my reply and i hope the other friends leave their comments if they have any thoughts as well. x
