You're definately right about the sanity and moods - lol, and I'm going to go through it again with the lipo :-( but hopefully it wont be for as long this time........
There's nothing wrong with that routine - I love exercise it makes you feel so good! I do 3 x BodyPump classes and 2 x BodyBalance classes a week, plus walking at the weekends. The way I look at it is that I don't want to be dependent on exercise to keep my shape, I want to do it because I enjoy it and if I want a treat, I'll have one - not very often though :-) 5 weeks until my holiday which will be the first time with my new tummy and I can't wait!!
Well done - hard work does pay off then! I still can't lose my 5-7 lbs but I give up watching the numbers on the scales as I know I look better. How much are you working out in a week?
The thing about my boobs ttisme is that the left one doesn't know the right one exists, so if redistribution does happen - I hope my body realises that there is spare room there - lol. I have been waiting my photos from my ps with a view to putting them on here, but I think he has forgotten. I'll remind him when I see him next. I never took any photos myself because I didn't want anyone to know about this, so in my head, I didn't want any evidence! Now I regret not taking any!
I too feel bigger than I am - I sometimes think I am swollen and then look in the mirror and everything is flat - weird!! I know there will be some more downtime with my lipo but I just need to get rid of my flanks! I read somewhere that when you have your flanks done it makes your bum look peachier and if there is any fat redistribution, I wont mind it going to my boobs :-) If downtime is roughly 3 weeks - is it still tender to touch after that?
