My PS used a quick recovery method and I was running at 10 days. Thank god! It was a bit before I could do push-ups and back to Insanity, but it came with time. You'll love them... Best of luck!
Yes, it did feel rather tight. I guess over time it goes away and feels more normal. Pushups used to feel tight, too; but I'm back to normal with them now. Just keep doing what you're doing! :)
They don't get in the way when I run but I did buy different sports bras to support them well. Honestly, I think I feel fatter, but that's because I am. :( Like you, I was petrified of getting fat again and dang it.... I had my surgery in November, right at Thanksgiving so I wasn't working out over the holidays and simply didn't eat well -- lots of stupid decisions -- grrr!!! I'm back to very clean eating (now) and working out (ran 1/2 marathon yesterday) so hopefully will lose these 10 lbs I have put on recently and feel better. Hard to believe I've been playing with this extra weight since January - it's MARCH for crying out loud. Time to buckle down. I do love them though but sometimes wish I'd gone smaller....best of luck to you!
I'm a little shorter than you are. My PS suggested moderate plus and didn't think the high profiles would suit me. I think we have similar measurements so you may want to check out my info/pictures. I got 425cc silicone, under the muscle back late November. I love them. There are a few days I wish I went a little smaller though (gasp!).....but I really do love them!
