Another thing to try...make an appointment w/ Plastic surgeon/Dermatoligist for Lidocane injection that is what really did the trick 4 me to dissolve fat grafting...got to try it non-invasive short office visit and poof gone..:) hope this helps
You seriously need like 3 to 4 treatments of the lippodissolve on the fat grafting to get a good result..I don't know why....but I had a similar problem..Takes several lippodissolve treatments to "take"; don't give up...good luck

I had the worst fat transfer I have ever seen, I went to so many Plastic surgeons but no one wanted to touch the mess the last dr. did. Its been 12 years no dissapation of fat, I still looked like I was giving people a dirty look. Th fat went under neath one side of my nose and all in one side of my face. One side of my face looked like a totally opposite person of the other side. Nightmare... It was corrected w/ repeated lippodissolve, shaped some of it and dissapated the unwanted areas. Goodluck
