Well unlike others I won't say you will be fine because I don't know if you will be fine . You are at a higher risk if you continue smoking simple as that, your surgery could have complication your recovery could have complications . The ladies that continued to smoke before and after took a gamble . When you gamble some win some lose . I have had previous surgeries and also gambled , won once ,lost once and believe me you don't want to lose I am very lucky to be alive . I wasn't prepared to gamble again so I quit cold turkey 3 weeks before surgery and haven't smoked since . My surgery was December 13th . So I guess the question for you is do you feel lucky do you want to gamble with your life coz I ain't Gona sugar coat it , if you smoke before and after surgery that's exactly what your doing . I know coz I've done it and only just escaped with my life . That is why a lot of surgeons won't perform surgery on smokers especially elective surgery . You still have time to give up . Oh and the electronic cigarettes still have nicotine so cold turkey is the only way to go . The nicotine will be out of your system within 72 hrs . It's not as hard as you may think . Cold turkey is the best way , the other methods keep nicotine in your body which just prolongs the withdrawal . Good luck if you want help quitting private message me and ill give you a link to an online support group which really helped me and if not I hope your lucky :)

I was a smoker I had my BR December 13 I gave up about 3 weeks before ..cold turkey .it wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be . I was so determined for my BR to go well I would have sacrificed almost anything so giving up smoking was easy and I had smoked for 30 yrs . I did put on weight which was not great but I just stuck with it and I haven't smoked since and I've now lost 20lbs of the 30 lbs I put on . I think you have to say to yourself how bad do I want this BR? Do I want that cigarette more ? Am I willing to sacrifice that cigarette for my BR . For me it was an easy choice and my husband is a smoker so I also had to live with a smoker although he did at least start smoking in the garage . My point being if I could give up after smoking for 30 yrs and living with a smoker YOU CAN . Good luck :-)

I think you look great . I did want to say the lollipop is great if your only having small amount removed like you but most women having BR need and want a lot more removed then the lollipop is no good , the anchor incision also gives more Lift . I personally asked my PS about the lollipop before my surgery and he said no way was it suitable for the results that I wanted . He explained that he uses that for much smaller reductions . I'm so glad your happy and as I said you look great :-)
