- Silky button front night shirt/pjs will help getting up easier (glides smoothly over sheets/blankets versus cotton).
- saltines since you need to have something in your stomach when taking meds.
- speaking of meds, be sure to take pain meds BEFORE it hurts. My BF set the alarm for 2am the first few nights post-op and would wake me up to have a few saltines and take my Percocet. You definitely don't want to wake up after 7 hour sleep in pain!
I had BA on Nov 8th and started wearing the Amoena "Frances" on day 3 post-op (bought mine at Lady Grace but also available online at herroom.com). The cotton is so soft and the band does not interfere with my incisions. Not the sexiest thing but definitely comfortable...which is what I'm looking for now. Plenty of time for sexy VS bras down the road!
