I'm from ALABAMA!! All I can say is that it was one of the best decisions of my life. Where in AL are you? If you need any advice feel free to message me. and the pain was CRAZY but worth the end result. I advise anyone to make sure and get a cane. I know it's crazy but it's really hard to move around (get up, sitting, laying down) and a cane would make it a lot easier. I used a broom handle. Also if you have a recliner I suggest sleeping in that. I ordered a cusion and put it on my couch to sleep on. It was for people who had acid reflux and allowed them to sleep on an incline.
