I posted my pictures ( big gut ) to everyone sees it...should I remove them? I guess when you are removing the cream/gel it causes you a discomfort as it really sticks on the skin. I'm now back at the gym, but still can't run as the impact with the ground makes my belly shakes. The love handles never bothered me even for a second. You are talking with the most afraid of pain person ever. I'm very sensitive for pain, every little cut or impact is a big thing for me. If I have to do it again, I would do it on my love handles because I had no pain at all.

I forgot to mention. The same speed the pain comes, it's going to be the same to the pain disappear. And for what you are writing, it shouldn't be more than a day or 2. Really hope you feel better. Ad some pictures so we can accompany your results as well :)

Hello Writergirl11, I just read your comment and yes, it's similar. From day 4 up to day 7 I couldn't sleep at all. But after these excruciating days, I had no problem to sleep. Up to today day 13 I can't hit my lower belly but my love handles, doesn't hut that much. My pain was way worse at night, It's like when you get a flu, during the day it's fine, at night, you can't breath from your nose, watery eyes and other symptoms. I couldn't handle too much ice and it was a temporary relief. In March this year I had a surgery done on my chest in NY as well ( Trough your profile, you seem to be from NY) and I had to use a compression garment, so why not give it a try. It was the best solution. You are the first review that I read about bengay, how's that working for you? You weren't sure about it on your review. Are you still using it?
